Preparing for your Spa Services
To enhance your spa experience we suggest the following…
Host your Spa services at one of our preferred luxury hotels. Special rooms have been chosen
to accommodate you and your friends at a Bridal Package rate. Ask us for hotel locations and special amenities.
If you do choose to schedule for in-home services, please be sure to prepare adequate space for therapists and
technicians. Each massage table requires a space of approximately 6’x 9’. Manicure/Pedicures can be conducted in a
comfortable chair, but should have easy access to running water.
Decide if you would like your spa gathering to be quiet and intimate or something more social.
Invite who you’d like, we have a 2 person minimum and can accommodate any number of guests with an advanced booking.
Talk to everyone who will be receiving a spa service and inquire into their personal level of privacy. Each person is
different and as a group, everyone’s level of comfort should be discussed in advance so that we can prepare appropriate
accommodations.
All pets should be kept in a separate room or outside during treatment sessions to prevent interruptions and to create
a more relaxing atmosphere. Remember to turn off all phones in chosen treatment room.
Age Requirement
We require all clients to be 18 and over, unless written parental permission is given.
Gratuity
For your convenience an 18% gratuity will be added to your
spa service charges. Gratuity is customary
for exemplary service and may be altered at your discretion.
Method of Payment
Health Enhancement/Bridal accepts cash, checks and major credit cards. A 50% non-refundable deposit
is required at time of reservation with the remaining balance to be paid after spa services have been enjoyed.
Returned checks and/or declined credit cards will be assessed any applicable bank fees.
Cancellation Policy
We require a credit card for all reservations. A 2-week cancellation notice is required for all services
booked for more then 2 people. A 1-week notice is required for 2 or less people. Give us any notice of
cancellation within the required time line to avoid being charged the full price for your reserved treatments.
