Krupar is the founder of Health Enhancement Massotherapy, Inc. and HEALTH ENHANCEMENT |
ONSITE. A dedicated
businesswoman, she is one of those unique individuals who values and loves her
work.
Kathleen feels fortunate to have been able to build
upon and develop what began as an early interest in alternative
medicine and aromatherapy into a successful and fulfilling business, where
helping others is the main goal. "I never grow tired of
seeing the profound effects massage therapy has on a person!" she
says.
Ms. Krupar recalls experiencing the dramatic impact that the healing power of touch had on her while caring for a
sick and dying family member. These real-life experiences,
coupled with a passionate interest in healing the body and awakening the soul,
made Kathleen realize where her talent and abilities would be most
effective: a career as a licensed massage therapist.
Kathleen Krupar graduated from the National Institute of Massotherapy
and received her medical license from the Ohio State Medical Board in
the early 1990's, shortly thereafter she started her own business
called Health Enhancement Massotherapy, Inc. She has studied under
Rosalyn Bruyere, Laura Chapman, Eetla Soracco and James Kepner; and
attended the Chautauqua Lake Institute, Lilydale and the Gestalt
Institute Of Cleveland. Ms. Krupar has been a long standing member of
the American Massage Therapy Association.
The time spent as a fitness instructor together with her personal
practice of yoga and meditation allows her to offer the "best
service" physically, emotionally and spiritually. Northeast
Ohioans were introduced to the benefits of regular massage as well as
aromatherapy at her retail store location in North Olmsted, Ohio. Ms.
Krupar and her staff could be seen at special events, fundraisers and
grand openings throughout the state, spreading the healing power of
touch, often times in a less than traditional setting. Many of these
persons became loyal customers and due to her diverse knowledge,
talent and commitment to complete body wellness her success and
business quickly grew.
In 2001, she launched HEALTH ENHANCEMENT |
ONSITE
to keep up with her growing list of corporate and private
clients who wanted her to come to them. In addition to her Onsite division, she spent 2 years with the
Cleveland Browns NFL football team as a sport specialist, lead massage
therapist for the players and upper management. She comments on her
eclectic massage career, " I have been privileged to work with so
many different types of people in so many different venues. The main
goal for everyone was to improve the quality of their health and well
being and I believe massage, on so many different levels, can do that
for a person.”
Kathleen has earned her certification and license by both the National
Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB),
and the North Carolina Board (LMBT). She also graduated in the summer
of 08, with a certification in Life Coaching. Today, Ms. Krupar is at
the top of her field thanks to her unfaltering dedication, commitment
to quality, and her desire to help others with unwavering enthusiasm.
With her recent move to Asheville N.C. in the summer of 08, she is
excited and pleased to bring her talent and expertise to all those
interested in achieving greater wellness, vitality and balance in
their lives.
